外院网讯（通讯员 祝钰）在全球化和教育改革的大潮中，英语教育正站在新的历史起点上。为了培养更多具有教育家精神、国际视野、创新精神和实践能力的英语师范专业人才，英语专业于2024年09月26日举办了“2025版英语专业人才培养方案研讨会”。
本次研讨会深入探讨了如何将立德树人的理念贯穿于英语师范教育的全过程，主讲人祝钰老师对比了2021版与2025版人才培养方案，展示了英语专业在课程设置、教学方法等方面的探索和调整。外国语学院党总支书记胡崇芝，院长刘晖，副院长冶慧颖出席研讨会，并分享了宝贵的见解和经验，英语专业全体教师参加研讨，大家积极发言，为英语专业人才培养和专业发展献计献策。与会老师表示，这是一次宝贵的学习和交流机会，不仅增进了对英语教育改革的理解，也为今后的教学工作提供了新的思路和方法。（审稿人 刘晖）
English Department Holding Seminar on 2025 Edition of Talent Cultivation Program
(By Correspondent Zhu Yu) In the midst of globalization and educational reform, English education is standing at a new historical starting point. In order to cultivate English language teaching professionals with the spirit of educator, international perspective, innovative spirit, and practical abilities, English department held the "Seminar on Talent Cultivation Program for 2025 Edition"on September 26, 2024.
The seminar deeply explored how to integrate the concept of moral education throughout the entire process of English normal education. The keynote speaker, Teacher Zhu Yu, compared the 2021 edition with the 2025 edition of the talent cultivation program, showcasing the exploration and adjustments in the curriculum and teaching methods of the English major. Hu Chongzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Foreign Languages School, Liu Hui, Dean, and Ye Huiying, Vice Dean, attended the seminar and shared their valuable insights and experiences. All faculty members of the English department participated in the discussion, actively speaking up and contributing ideas and strategies for the cultivation of English professionals and the development of the major. They expressed that this was a valuable learning and exchange opportunity, which not only deepened their understanding of English education reform but also provided new ideas and methods for future teaching work.
