本周五傍晚，我校英语角在欢声笑语中为新生首次拉开帷幕。这里不仅是练习口语的平台，更成为了同学们释放活力、感受语言魅力的快乐家园。
活动现场气氛热烈，同学们三五成群，用英语热烈地交流着。从校园趣事到热门电影，从未来理想到文化差异，尽管偶有语法斟酌，但每个人脸上都洋溢着自信与投入的笑容。手势与表情成为沟通的桥梁，思想的火花在轻松的对话中碰撞。
高潮出现在游戏环节。“谁是卧底”游戏中，同学们手舞足蹈地用英文描述词汇，引得阵阵欢笑；单词接龙紧张刺激，既考验了词汇量，也锻炼了快速反应能力。整个场地充满了加油声、欢呼声和恍然大悟的惊叹声，学习的压力在游戏中一扫而空。
外教老师们更是活动的焦点。他们不再是讲台上的权威，而是同学们亲切的伙伴。他们积极参与讨论，耐心纠正发音，并用幽默风趣的语言分享自己国家的文化趣事。在与外教的零距离互动中，同学们不仅提升了听力与口语，更真切地感受到了地道的英语文化氛围。

On October 10, 2025, freshmen of the School of Foreign Languages participated in the English corner activities for the first time, and the joy continued.
This Friday evening, the English corner for freshmen in the outer courtyard opened for the first time with laughter. This is not only a platform for practicing oral communication, but also a happy home for students to release their vitality and feel the charm of language.
The atmosphere at the activity site was warm, and the students communicated enthusiastically in English in groups of three or five. From campus jokes to popular movies, from future ideals to cultural differences, despite occasional grammatical deliberation, everyone's face is full of confidence and dedication. Gestures and expressions become bridges of communication, and the sparks of thought collide in a relaxed conversation.
The climax appears in the game. In the game "Who is the spy", the students danced to describe words in English, which caused bursts of laughter; the word solitaire was tense and exciting, which not only tested their vocabulary, but also exercised their quick reaction ability. The whole venue was full of cheers, cheers and sudden realization, and the pressure of learning was swept away in the game.
Foreign teachers are the focus of activities. They are no longer the authority on the podium, but the kind partners of the classmates. They actively participate in discussions, patiently correct pronunciation, and share cultural interests in their country in humorous language. In the zero-distance interaction with foreign teachers, students not only improved their listening and speaking skills, but also truly felt the authentic English cultural atmosphere.
This English corner has successfully created a relaxed and real English application environment for students. It makes English learning move from textbooks to life, from passive memory to active application. We look forward to the next meeting, continue to make progress together, gain growth and friendship in laughter!
